Testimonials

RMB Corvest has worked with Agile for many years as both funder and partner. We work extremely well with the team and are able to have good constructive and open engagements. We continue to back the Agile team and look forward to working together on more transactions.
Mike Donaldson

We have been in partnership with Agile for many years and the Agile team has been a great support in the growth of our business. The Agile team has helped us make acquisitions, been a strategic support and been involved in engagements with some of our key stakeholders. Agile have become an integral part of our business and I would recommend Agile to any company looking for a private equity partner.
Jacques du Preez
Founder and CEO: Provantage
Agile came on as a partner to Spill Tech in 2016 and they have built good relationships with the management team. Agile supported us in acquiring Envirosure and when we were negotiating with Seche Environment, a French multinational group, who have invested into Spill Tech. We have found Tshego and Liz to be valuable board members who let the management team run the business while remaining available to get involved when we require it.
Raymon Rocher
CFO: Spill Tech Group
Agile has been invested in Provest for many years and the team has built a great working relationship with our management team. They are always available to engage and to assist our team where required, whether it be in assessing potential acquisitions or with internal business. I would recommend Agile as a partner.

"More than a deal, a partnership in the truest sense of the word”. This is how best I can describe SA Biomedical’s excellent partnership of over 6 years with Agile as we have journeyed together with our business, notably through some tough times, yet continuing to support each other and our mutual growth aspirations. The Agile team has always demonstrated full confidence in our leadership team by offering sage advice and strategic support, yet allowing us to “do what we do best” in delivering a superior service in the sphere of healthcare. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with our friends from Agile - long may that continue!
